Zemi Beach House Hotel & Spa on Shoal Bay Beach in Anguilla will reopen on Feb. 15. Category 5 Hurricane Irma damaged the hotel last September.

"We've completed the restoration of damages that the property sustained and have returned the hotel and spa to their five-star status," said Jeff Goldstein, owner of Fountain Beach Residence, Zemi Beach's developer.

The Thai House Spa, which is inside a 300-year-old Thai rice barn, has been restored. The hotel's 65 suites and beachfront villas have been upgraded. And the beachfront was redone with the addition of more sand.

Zemi's two restaurants, the Stone (fine dining) and 20 Knots (casual dining) will reopen with new menus.

Rates start at $730 per room, per night, double.
