Priceline.com has acquired TravelJigsaw, a car rental booking service based in Manchester, England. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
TravelJigsaw serves customers in 17 European countries, South Africa and Australia.
Established in 2004, TravelJigsaw offers online booking through its branded websites and takes phone reservations. TravelJigsaw said customer support is provided in 20 languages.
The company's online brands include Carhire 3000 (U.K. and Ireland), TravelJigsaw (Poland, Czech Republic, Australia and South Africa) and E-Mietwagen (Germany, Switzerland and Austria).
