Tauck has expanded its Cuba programs in 2018 to include a 10-night small-ship cruise itinerary called Cruising Cuba: A Cultural Gem.

The operator also reduced its prices by $1,400 per couple on its two Cuba land programs: the six-night Cuba: Connecting with People and Culture and the 11-night Cuba: A Cultural Odyssey.

"Guest feedback and interest in Cuba remains incredibly strong," said Dan Mahar, CEO. "We look forward to operating our three fully-licensed journeys in Cuba next year to include small-ship cruising. By working with our longtime partners in Cuba to reduce the prices on our land tours, we've been able to enhance our portfolio's value and expand its breadth."

The small-ship program includes a seven-night cruise aboard the three-masted, 60-passenger Le Ponant yacht, a two-night hotel stay in Havana and a pre-departure overnight in Miami.

Eastbound itineraries from Havana to Santiago de Cuba depart Dec. 13 and 27; a westbound sailing on Dec. 22 departs Santiago to Havana. The program is priced from $9,990 per person, including roundtrip air from Miami.

The 11-night Cuba land program, priced from $7,590 person, departs monthly from January through June and September through December 2018.

The six-night itinerary starts at $5,890 per person offers departures from January through June and again from September through December 2018.
