Agent arbiter orders 10 retailers to turn in ARC stock, plates

FAIRFAX, Va. -- Travel agent arbiter William McGee ordered the following agencies to surrender any remaining ticket stock and plates to the Airlines Reporting Corp.:

  • Adventures Unlimited Travel Services Inc. of Tampa, Fla., which McGee said lost ARC accreditation in December.
  • All About Travel of Swansboro, N.C., which McGee said lost ARC accreditation in September.
  • Blue Moon Travel Inc. of Canon City, Colo., which McGee said lost ARC accreditation in December.
  • Egypt National Tours & Imports Inc. (doing business as Entours) of Las Vegas, which McGee said lost ARC accreditation in August.
  • Happy Time Travel Inc. of West Paterson, N.J., which McGee said lost ARC accreditation in October.
  • Ivanhoe Travel-Riverdale of South Holland, Ill., which McGee said lost ARC accreditation in December.
  • Jose A. Medina (doing business as Daymor Travel Corp.) of Yonkers, N.Y., which McGee said lost ARC accreditation in December.
  • Kin Kwok International Inc. of Burlingame, Calif., which the arbiter said failed to account for all documents after voluntarily relinquishing its ARC accreditation last year.
  • Mifuku International Tours Inc. (doing business as MIT) of New York, which McGee said lost ARC accreditation in December.
  • Stroud Enterprises Inc. (doing business as Travel Masters/Cruise Master) of New Bern, N.C., which McGee said lost ARC accreditation in December.
