Former cruise industry executive Geraldine Ree has launched
Cruise-Shift, a company providing several services for agency owners.
Ree previously led sales and business operations for Expedia
CruiseShipCenters. She has worked in the cruise industry for 27 years.
Cruise-Shift will have an online program as well as
strategic consulting services from Ree. The online component is a 13-week program
that coaches agency owners in four areas: "Mindset Shift," "Customer
Shift," "Activation Shift" and "Performance Shift."
Participants will have access to digital marketing tools.
Cruise-Shift will also offer agents consumer-facing websites, as well as text,
video and social media content from digital marketing companies Travel Agency
Tribes and BestTrip.TV.
"Our program provides step-by-step, instructor-led
curriculum that guarantees an increase in sales," Ree said.
Cruise-Shift's program is open to all agency owners. Ree
said it is not limited to those who primarily sell cruises, but most of her
customers are interested in growing that specific area. The company's services
are fee-based, customized to the needs of individual agencies.
