Dream Vacations, CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. have enhanced their agent-facing technology used for social media, email and digital marketing.

Advisors can use their social media reviews and management tool to set scheduled social media posts in three categories: contemporary, luxury and engagement. It also posts content and curates reviews on Google My Business. Each post is personalized to the agency and can include content like the advisor's email, phone number or website. Posts are optimized to individual social media platforms.

The email and digital marketing program is integrated with the proprietary customer relationship management system Dream Vacations, CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. provide to agencies. Advisors can tailor marketing messages using segmentation data and send automated messages for things like birthdays. 

"Our new marketing tools provide a solution to connect with customers like never before," Alicia Linden, director of marketing, said in a statement.

Advisors can use the tools via mobile app on any device that has an internet connection.

The pandemic did not slow marketing efforts at Dream Vacations, CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. headquarters. The companies continue to invest more than $4 million annually in marketing, promotions and branding efforts.
