First in Service (No. 45 on Travel Weekly's Power List) has named Andrew Jones director of leisure partnerships.
Jones was most recently Ensemble's director of travel partner relationships. Before that, he spent 20 years with Flight Centre Travel Group, with his most recent post there director of supplier relationships, cruise and tour, for the North American market.
At First in Service, Jones will focus on supporting advisors and expanding the leisure business.
He reports to Gina Gabbard, chief strategy officer.
