Send your display ad files quickly and easily!

Fill in the information below. Click the button next to the word "File" to choose the file you would like to send. After you choose the file, you will see the file name appear on this screen. Either click the Upload And Add Another button to add another file or click Upload And Done and your file will be transmitted. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you enter. Please make a note of the confirmation number.

Please make sure:

  • Only PDF files are accepted for upload (For other file formats, please contact our Ad Production department as listed above.)
  • File size must be less than 150 MB
  • No special characters are allowed in the filename. Use only one . before the PDF otherwise the system will not recognize the file as a PDF.
  • The filename must not exceed 20 characters. If the name is longer than 20 characters, the name will be truncated. If you are sending a revised ad, begin the file name with REV
