Among the many outcomes of the Covid-19 pandemic was a renewed, if forced, appreciation for domestic travel and the diverse experiences the U.S. offers.
And over the past few years, our reporters have spent quite a bit of time stateside, traveling and eating their way from coast to coast.
What follows are reports from the marshlands of South Carolina, the tip of New York state and high up in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado as well as a look at a new line of foods being placed in hotels around the country.
It’s a small slice of the state(s) of eating, but one that is reflective of the desire for deeper cultural immersion, unique and exclusive venues, the never-ending quest to stay local and the growing focus on the relationship between food and wellness.
