Sandals Grande Riviera increases butler service

The Sandals Grande Riviera Beach & Villa Golf Resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, added butler service to 183 rooms in its Riviera Villas complex, so that all 253 rooms in that section of the resort will offer butler service, effective Feb. 15.
"The demand for butler room categories is growing at a rapid rate, and we hope to fulfill our guests' requests by expanding our butler service offerings," said Butch Stewart, chairman of Sandals Resorts International.
Prior to arrival, guests can select preferences so that their butlers are prepared to cater to their needs, including unpacking. Guests are also provided with a personal cell phone to reach their butler at any time to fulfill requests.
