ICV Partners has sold Entertainment Cruises to the Pritzker Group, the private investment firm representing the interests of the Pritzker family.
Pritzker’s other holdings include Hyatt Hotels Corp. and Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.
Entertainment Cruises operates dining cruises in seven U.S. cities: Chicago, New York, Washington, Boston, Philadelphia, Baltimore and Norfolk, Va.
