At least 15 people were injured, some seriously, after a grenade exploded in the Pink Cheladas bar in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, on Wednesday night, according to media reports.
Four of the injured people reportedly lost limbs.
About 100 people were in the bar when the explosion occurred.
