The first Africa edition of the successful International Luxury Travel Market (ILTM) will be held April 8 and 9 in Cape Town, South Africa.
Following the format of ILTM in Cannes, France, buyers and exhibitors are prequalified before being accredited for participation. Prescheduled appointments are arranged on a one-to-one basis, a recipe for success that has made the Asia and America editions so popular.
“Reed [Exhibitions, the show’s organizer] has been exploring opportunities in Africa for some time, and because of the sheer size of the continent, the diversity of its luxury travel offering with natural beauty, world-class facilities, adventure and wildlife experiences, it makes sense to take the global brand, already on three continents, to a new one, Africa,” said Alison Gilmore, ILTM Exhibition Director.
