Atlanta hotel reflagged as a Marriott

By Jerry Limone

The former Buckhead Hotel Atlanta is now a Marriott following a multimillion-dollar renovation.

The Atlanta Marriott Buckhead Hotel & Conference Center has 349 renovated guestrooms. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with multimedia connectors enabling iPods and laptops to transmit directly onto the TV screen.

The hotel also is home to a Shula’s 347 Grill, a restaurant named after former pro football coach Don Shula.

The conference center has three ballrooms, 18 meetings rooms and two business centers.
