Hilton Worldwide plans to open its first Hampton by Hilton hotel on the European continent, near Kaiser Wilhelm Church in Berlin, in late 2010.
The 214-room Hampton by Hilton Berlin, in the western part of the city, will feature meetings facilities, a fitness area, public areas and a breakfast room.
The property will be within a 10-minute walk from the Berlin Zoological Garden and its aquarium as well as the Kurfuerstendamm shopping district.
The first two Hampton by Hiltons to open in Europe are both located in England: a property in Corby debuted early this year, followed by the Hampton by Hilton Liverpool Airport in October.
