The Hyatt Regency Oubaai Golf Resort and Spa has opened on Herolds Bay in George, South Africa.

The resort is the second Hyatt property in South Africa, joining Hyatt Regency Johannesburg, which opened as a Hyatt hotel in October 1995.

The 100-room Hyatt Regency Oubaai Golf Resort and Spa is part of the Oubaai Golf Resort, an upscale residential and golf development overlooking the Indian Ocean on Herolds Bay.

Located on the Garden Route, which extends along the Western Cape from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth, the development also features an Ernie Els-designed golf course.
