La Quinta Inns & Suites signed franchise agreements for properties in Managua, Nicaragua; Guatemala City; and Quetzaltenango, Guatemala.
The hotels are slated to begin construction early next year and mark the company's entry into those countries.
As part of La Quinta's continued international expansion,the company previously announced that it will open franchised properties in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, late this year and in Medellin, Colombia in early 2015.
