The first InterContinental hotel in the Australian state of Queensland is open for business, after a reflagging of the Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove.
InterContinental Hotels Group is managing the hotel.
Sanctuary Cove is located along Australia’s Gold Coast, about 35 miles southeast of Brisbane.
Hotel owner Mulpha Sanctuary Cove also owns the InterContinental Sydney, which IHG has managed since 1985.
The Queensland hotel is the fourth InterContinental in Australia.
