Viceroy Hotel Group’s global expansion includes a new news and information site for travel consultants that features property news, images, contact information, industry offers and booking capabilities.
Phase one of the site, which launched on April 15, includes an interactive blog function for agents.
Elements still to come include the ability to create customized agent profiles and access for agents to fact sheets and fliers, which they can forward to clients.
“The site allows us to seamlessly interact with agents as well as post information in real time, which elevates our service-oriented approach to the next level,” said Cheryl Bennett, vice president of industry sales.
Viceroy has two properties in Mexico on the Riviera Maya and in Zihuatanejo.
