The W Washington D.C. has opened in the Beaux Arts building previously known as the Hotel Washington. The property is located just a block from the White House.
The hotel’s rooftop terrace has been redesigned as the POV Rooftop Bar, a cocktail lounge inspired by Sasha Petraske, founder of three cocktail lounges in New York.
The 317-room hotel features the J&G Steakhouse, a Jean-Georges Vongerichten restaurant. The property also has a Bliss Spa and 12,000 square feet of meetings and event space.
