Starwood Hotels & Resorts reached an agreement for three new Dubai hotels totaling 1,675 rooms, including the city’s first St. Regis. The hotels are slated to open by 2017.
The St. Regis Dubai will have 241 rooms as well as eight restaurants and bars and a 2,600-square-foot ballroom.
The W Dubai — Sheikh Zayed Road will have 384 rooms and eight restaurants. And the Westin Dubai — Sheikh Zayed Road will have 1,179 rooms and suites, six restaurants and bars and more than 8,000 square feet of meeting space.
The hotels will be developed by the Al Habtoor Group.
