Pleasant sets 15% commission plan

By Laura Del Rosso

Pleasant Holidays rolled out several plans to boost agent bookings for Mexico.

The company is paying 15% commission on Mexico bookings through March 31 for travel anytime.

In addition, Pleasant is offering a "Book Three Earn Three" program. Agents who make three Mexico bookings will receive three hotel nights in Mexico for themselves. Bookings must include a minimum five-night stay.

Agents also earn double TRIP Points for all Mexico bookings made during March.

TRIP is Pleasant Holidays' Travel Reward Incentive Program, which provides one point for every $10 in commissionable sales toward agent travel; registered agents earn points twice as fast for Mexico trips booked during the special promotion period.

Also, Pleasant will award a five-night, all-inclusive Mexico vacation (roundtrip air included) to the agent who produces the most Mexico revenue in March.
