Southwest Airlines Vacations now offers agents ticketless travel services, enabling the elimination of ticket fees.
Also, travel agents now have access to all Southwest fares, including last-minute and web-only fares. Agents can hold bookings for clients and enter payment information later the same day. In some cases, agents can book as late as one day prior to departure.
Unused tickets retain their value for up to one year from the original booking date, though restrictions apply. Southwest Airlines Vacations will not charge modification or cancellation fees, but hotel penalties may apply.
