American Express appointed Lisa Durocher as general manager and senior vice president of the American Express U.S. Consumer Travel Network.
Durocher will assume her position on Feb. 21. She replaces Claire Bennett, who was recently named executive vice president of loyalty and membership benefits.
Bennett will continue to oversee the U.S. Consumer Travel Network in her position, as well as manage all rewards and membership benefits.
Durocher joined American Express in 2002 and most recently served as senior vice president and general manager of Enterprise Growth, North America, where she led online and mobile product strategy and management for developed markets.
American Express also said that David Patron has been named vice president of marketing for American Express U.S. Consumer Travel Network, reporting to Durocher. Patron previously oversaw the strategy, design and deployment of the Membership Rewards program.
