Former Conde Nast Traveler editor in chief Klara Glowczewska, who was replaced by Pilar Guzman last September, has emerged at Hearst Communications as a consultant for the anticipated October relaunch of Town & Country Travel, a title that was a casualty of the recession in 2008.

Glowczewska said that while she will not hold a staff position on the revived publication, she will be on the masthead as travel editor at large.

In the meantime, she has already penned a destination story on Greece for mothership publication Town & Country.

Town & Country Travel is scheduled as a biannual initially, under the guidance of Town & Country editor in chief Jay Fielden.
