Amadeus has chosen CCRA Travel Solutions as its hotel content provider for Amadeus Vacation Link, a booking portal that agents can use free of charge after registering on the Amadeus site.
Amadeus Vacation Link is a booking portal for cruises, vacation packages, tours, consolidator airfares, activities and entertainment. It has 2,500 agent users.
Under the agreement, Amadeus Vacation Link agents can access some 160,000 hotels available on CCRATravel.com without leaving the Vacation Link site.
Agents who book hotels through Vacation Link qualify for Commission Express, CCRA's weekly commission reconciliation and payment program.
CCRATravel.com was developed in 2005 as an alternative booking tool for travel agents without access to the GDS. Rate options include net rates, online rates, CCRA negotiated rates, a range of GDS-available rates and a new, 15% enhanced commission rate.

Retailers who register for the service must provide an ARC, Iatan, CLIA, TIDS or TRUE ID number.
