WELLESLEY, Mass. --
The Travel Institute entered into an agreement with travel jobs Web
site Travel Career Connexxions (www.travelconnexxions.com) that will provide an
automated travel jobs listing system for the Travel Institute,
which will in turn allow Travel Career Connexxions to post some of
its coursework online.
While some of the
coursework will be available to the general public, most will be in
the members-only section of the site. According to Matt Garton,
president and CEO of The Travel Career Connexxions site, Were still
working out the details.
Under the agreement,
Travel Institute members have access to members-only information on
the Travel Career Connexxions Web site, and can become members of
Travel Career Connexxions at a 20% discount.
According to a
Travel Institute spokeswoman, We have had a career center on our
site, but now weve teamed with Travel Career Connexxions to bring
the latest opportunities on the executive level. Its a valuable
partner because it already has an established presence and is a
good resource for finding where the executive level positions are.
Its something we wanted to make available, but hadnt up to this
point.
