MAZATLAN
COMPLETED its beachfront revitalization project earlier
this month in time for the busy winter season. Phase two of the
rejuvenation project focused on the destination's beachfront
communities and open spaces along Olas Altas Boulevard, which
received new park benches in spruced up gardens and recreational
areas along the boulevard. A new six-mile boardwalk stretching from
the beachfront Golden Zone resort district to Old Mazatlan will
enable visitors to stroll along Olas Altas Boulevard from the
famous Fisherman's Monument to the Continuity of Life Monument
while taking in the sights.
