Ishwar Persad, former marketing manager of the Montserrat Tourist Board from 2005 to 2007, returned to that post on July 7.
Persad, a native of Trinidad and Tobago, left Montserrat in April 2007 to work with the British Virgin Islands Tourist Board as a product development consultant.
Prior to joining the Montserrat Tourist Board in 2005, he had served as the product development manager in the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism and spent four years in managerial posts for several hotels in Tobago.
"I look forward to contributing to the ongoing sustainable development and expansion of Montserrat's tourism industry," Persad said.
