FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- Commodore Holdings, which filed for
Chapter 11 bankruptcy last December, filed plans to liquidate its
assets and partially repay creditors.
The plan divides creditors into 20 classes and specifies how
they will be reimbursed if the plan is approved by creditors.
The liquidation affects Commodore and six subsidiaries or
affiliates: New Commodore Cruise Lines, Anastasia Cruises, Almira
Enterprises, Crown Cruises, Capri Cruises and Commodore
Cruises.
The filing also lists principal assets of as yet undetermined
value.
