Fred Olsen Cruise Lines increased its fuel supplement on all bookings made after July 11 for cruises departing by April 16, 2009.

The British cruise line is charging the first two passengers in a cabin $12 per person, per day, with a cap at $240 per cruise. The $12 fuel supplement is up from the $7 charge levied in April.

The third and fourth passengers in a cabin will pay $5 per day with the cap at $100 per cruise.

The prices are the U.S. dollar equivalent of rates set in British pounds.
