LAS VEGAS -- Delta Vacations is marking the grand opening of the
Aladdin Resort & Casino on Aug. 17 with specially priced
vacation packages that also pay travel agents 13% on all CRS
bookings.
Including roundtrip air fare, hotel accommodations and room tax,
three-night packages start at $469 from New York's Kennedy
Airport.
The rate from Tampa, Fla., is $449 and from Orlando, $429.
Rates are per person, double, for travel originating on Sundays,
Mondays and Thursdays between Aug. 20 and Sept. 9. Reservations are
required by Aug. 28.
The 2,600-room Aladdin offers a casino fashioned after "1,001
Arabian Nights," a London Club gaming room, a 7,000-seat performing
arts theater and many dining and shopping opportunities.
Packages include daily nonstop flights on Delta and Delta
connections from Atlanta, Boston, Cincinnati, Dallas/Fort Worth,
Los Angeles, New Orleans, New York, Orlando and Tampa. Connections
are available from 200 U.S. cities.
