LOS ANGELES -- Sita World Travel is paying 15% commission on its
Pushkar Camel Fair departure set for Nov. 4 to 22.
Limited space remains on the 19-day escorted package that will
visit Delhi, Agra, Fatehpur Sikri, Pushkar, Jaipur, Bikaner,
Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Ranakpur and Udaipur.
The land-only price is $4,885 and includes all meals.
The state of Rajasthan is covered in depth, along with the Taj
Mahal and the nation's capital, New Delhi.
According to a spokesperson, of the almost 40 countries in which
Sita offer tour programs, "India continues to be among our
strongest."
In addition, the spokesperson said the fair offers visitors an
excellent opportunity to witness and participate in a unique
cultural experience.
Participants will stay in four different Palace Hotels: Rambagh
Palace in Jaipur, Lallgarh Palace in Bikaner, Umaid Bhawan Palace
in Jodhpur and Lake Palace in Udaipur.
Also serving as overnight accommodations is Kudos Camp, which
provides deluxe bedded tents with in-suite bathrooms and running
water.
The annual Pushkar Camel Fair incorporates a variety
of social and religious activities, such as sporting events
(camel races), folk dancing, magic shows and music concerts.
Also part of the festivities are family reunions, marriage
contract negotiations, a hard-to-find goods market and a livestock
trading station.
Among the tour highlights are sunrise and sunset visits to the
Taj Mahal, a camel ride in the Thar dunes and an elephant ride to
Amber Fort.
Sita World Travel offers six deluxe tours to India in its
2000-2001 brochure.
Among them are a new 18-day Regal Rajasthan itinerary and new
four-day extensions such as Delhi/Agra and an eight-day Palace on
Wheels train journey through Rajasthan.

$100 directly to the agent (not the agency) for each brochure tour
booking.
The cash bonus is in addition to the firm's standard 12% agency
