PLEASANT HOLIDAYS has new agent incentives. It
will award $10,000 in airfare to the winner of a special drawing.
For every reservation an agent books and tickets (refunds or
exchanges on air will not qualify) with Air by Pleasant before June
30, he or she will be entered into the drawing. One passenger
equals one entry, so the more passengers an agent books, the more
chance of winning. All travel must be done on United Airlines. Air
by Pleasant will track the details. The winner will be announced
July 7. (800) 877-8111; www.airbypleasant.com

HAWAIIAN AIRLINES, in an effort to
better-control pricing, said it will end discounts to wholesalers
on neighbor-island packages. This predominantly affects Hawaii
residents who travel to other islands from Oahu for weekend visits.
An airline spokesman said transpacific packages are unaffected.
