Location and History
Located north of the Papagayo Peninsula, the Four Seasons and what used to be the northernmost border for Costa Rican tourism, this all-inclusive option is tucked into a private bay just a stone's throw from the Nicaraguan border in the Guanacaste region of the country. It's an easy 90-minute drive north of the airport at Liberia.
The beach upon which it sits is one of the prettiest in the country. Nevertheless, it is designed around a stunning pool complex that creates a chlorinated coastline rivaling that of Rhode Island.
