Bought in 2019 by Michael Dell's MSD Partners and the Northview Hotel Group and helmed by President and CEO Daniel Hostettler, the $200 million dollar renovation has transformed this 200-acre property from a 1,000-guest-room resort into five distinct, world-class properties that share an incredible slate of amenities.
Previously a Waldorf Astoria with a large conference crowd, the goal under the new ownership is that by the year 2026 when the resort turns 100 is to have repositioned the property as one of the greatest hotels in the world.
