Built as a family palace in heart of Medina, hotel has mosaic covered walls, carved wooden doors and stained glass windows.
Location and History
Petite La Maison Bleue is located just across the street from landmark Hotel Batha, a half block from a well-known roundabout, and just two blocks from Fez's famous Blue Gate, making it one of the easiest hotels to find in old Fez medina.
This small original dwelling dates from 1915, when it was built as the home of a prominent judge and has remained in the family ever since. His grandchildren converted the luxurious house into a tiny hotel and restaurant in 1996.
