Description
15th-Century restored convent situated at city center - near S.M Novella train station - 5 km to airport.
Location and History
Closer to Michelangelo's David (Galleria dell'Accademia) than Venus (Uffizi), a stone's throw from Piazza Santa Maria Novella and the train station, this fine middle-grade group stop also works well for value-conscious individuals here on pleasure or business trips.
It sits across from one of the city's famous tourist attractions: the fragrant Officina Profumo di Santa Maria Novella, where guests can purchase lovely soaps and perfumes.
Otherwise, the hotel is located along a narrow, dreary street full of cheap pensioni.
