Description
Set on a gently sloping headland at the northern tip of Samui Island.
Location and History
The resort is built on the island's northernmost promontory that drops precipitously into the Gulf of Thailand at either side, guaranteeing spectacular views but requiring guests to ascend and descend steep flights of wooden stairs to reach the pool, restaurant, spa, gym, beach and accommodations.
Its ecofriendly practices are a strong focus for Six Senses properties, and this resort filters its own water and garners much of its energy from solar power. Single-use plastics have been all but removed and the heat generated by the air-conditioning compressor is used to heat shower water.
