Location and History
Located in Barranco, a trendy, bohemian part of town with art galleries and cafes, this belle epoque mansion has been fully restored and is protected by the country's national historic building designation.
The large mansion was built in 1914 as a summer home for a wealthy Lima family. Descendants lived in the home until 1970, when it was eventually abandoned. The property sat unused until 2010 when a group of locals bought it, restored it and opened Hotel B in 2013.
