Description
Elegant hotel, housed within a meticulously restored Victorian Mansion dating from 1882, with English country house ambiance.
Location and History
Four blocks east of the High Street Kensington Underground, facing Kensington Park and Kensington Palace, this five-story brick property provides the quintessential London experience by offering an almost theatrically overdone traditional decor and a surfeit of staff that responds to the beck and call of any request or even a puzzled look on a guest's face. Given so much coddling, it's no wonder guests are fiercely loyal to this boutique operation.
