Traditional Hotel;modern comforts blend with antique furnishings; set in the heart of theater district; near the Duomo.
Location and History
In the center of the action, in the tony Brera neighborhood adjacent to a metro stop, rubbing shoulders with its peers—Four Seasons, Bulgari, Mandarin Oriental and Armani—guests here are a short stroll from La Scala opera house and the famed Quadrilatero d'Oro shopping district. It is perfectly located for theater and shopping buffs.
A proud member of The Leading Hotels of the world, the hotel's long, colorful history includes Giuseppe Verdi, who spent more than 20 years of his life in the suite that now bears his name—a fact that the hotel hammers home every chance it gets.
