Location and History
Set on 120 acres, 50 miles north of Phoenix and the airport, nestled into a storied canyon with one of the region's most famous hot springs, this was once a privileged playground for the Rockefellers and Kennedys.
Opened in the early 1900s, the place deteriorated during the 1960s and 1970s until a fire shuttered the place in 1976. Nearly 40 years later, new owners grabbed the reigns, restoring some buildings, though most of the property has surfaced anew thanks to an impressive multi-million-dollar investment.
