This themed hotel revolves around the building's former function as a hat factory and haberdashery, most evident at the front desk, where tools of the trade provide a creative backdrop for the hip, uniformed staff. Uniforms are composed of dungarees and suspenders, meant to mimic factory workers' garb of the 1930s, though some of the personnel look more like 1970s punks armed for CBGB's, sans Doc Martens.
