Sonder at Revival

Location and History

Set on a tree-lined residential street in Vancouver's West End, two blocks from English Bay and within a 10- to 15-minute walk of Stanley Park, this contemporary, limited-service lodging is designed to compete with short-term vacation rentals.

The space was carved out of the former convention facility of an adjacent hotel (now converted to residential units) and renovated to include a spacious lobby and two floors of apartment-style guest rooms.

The Sonder model substitutes technology for personal service, enabling guests to check in, check out and manage their stay while rarely encountering on-site staff.
