The property is situated within its own 136,000-acre private concession, Matetsi Private Game Reserve. The property is accessible from Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe), as well as by road transfer from Livingstone (Zambia) and Kasane (Botswana).
There is a private helipad and a private airstrip on property, two-minute and 10-minute drives, respectively, from the lodge.
