Description
8 story oceanfront condominium resort on secluded beach in Wailea/Makena area - 8 miles to Aquarium, 20 miles to Kahului Airport.
Location and History
Located on the border of Wailea, plunked down next to the luxurious Fairmont Kea Lani, adjacent to The Shops at Wailea, this straightforward condominium complex is one of the most prestigious and expensive addresses in Hawaii, atop the list of condo-hotels with nearby Makena Surf and Wailea Beach Villas.
Built before setback laws were established, this property hovers directly above one of Maui's best beaches: a golden strand flanked by excellent snorkeling. From December through March, humpback whales breach and flounder just offshore.
