Disney Cruise Line hosted its first Star Wars Day at Sea on Jan. 13, the first of eight such days on Disney Fantasy sailings through April. The sold-out cruise represented a new offering for the line: a one-day ship takeover by a theme from one of its parent company's many popular franchises. Travel Weekly News Editor Johanna Jainchill was onboard the ship for the event, which featured Jedi training sessions, Star Wars trivia challenges, deck parties, tweaked menus with Star Wars themed grub like Yoda's Pappardelle Pasta, and of course, scores of passengers showing off some very impressive -- and realistic -- Star Wars costumes.
