2014 Developments
• Added staff to business development team. Outbound regional coaches help agents with one-on-one coaching while inbound support team offers a quick contact to answer questions and/or issues through the day. Introduced a dedicated foundation team for newest franchisees.
• Focused on digital elements including social media, QR codes, URLs, mobile app and MyTrips (an online portal on each of the agent’s websites that enables clients to see upcoming and past bookings).
• Launched CP Mobile 2.0 with push notifications and photo-sharing capabilities; created updated websites that are SEO-friendly; introduced automatically triggered emails to help agents stay in touch and engaged with clients.
