2014 Developments

• Opened 900th franchise location of CruiseOne.

• Acquired Villas in Paradise, a distributor of villa rentals in St. Martin.

• Launched BahamasDayPass.com, giving cruise passengers an opportunity to spend the day at two resorts while in port.

• Created technology that enables its private-label partner United Airlines MileagePlus members to redeem their airline miles to book a cruise online or with an agent through its MileagePlus Cruise Awards program.

• Villas of Distinction’s website was enhanced featuring a modern, mobile-friendly design that highlights the available properties.

Looking Ahead

• Made a significant technology investment to benefit its CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. brands and will continue to launch technologies in 2015. The company will also redesign its Villas in Paradise and Villas by Linda Smith websites.

• Will make significant enhancements to the entire cruise-booking design for all owned-brand websites to give the sites a cleaner, more modern look and feel while making them easier to use for customers.

• With the launch of the MileagePlus Cruise Awards redemption program, looking to expand this technology to other private label partners while looking at opportunities to add even more partners.
